For the search for suitable candidates, we therefore rely on more than just our grown network, the targeted placement of job advertisements in tailor-made off- and online media or the use of social networks. As part of the direct search, our employees use their detective flair to research candidates who cannot be found in any database or address book.
In semi-structured interviews, we gain a comprehensive picture of the candidate's competencies, personality and motivation. If desired, a graduate psychologist conducts aptitude diagnostic tests. In order to secure the hiring decision, we of course check the references of the candidates and accompany both the contract negotiations and the integration process into the new position.
