Jonathan Lichter is a founder and shareholder of Callidus Energie. While studying business administration with a focus on business informatics at the University of Mainz, Mr Lichter found his way into the executive search department at a leading recruitment consultancy. Over the past 7 years, he has held challenging mandates in the areas of sales and in the field of digital transformation. Today, his dense network ranges from executives to strategists to highly specialised service providers in the energy industry. Mr Lichter also deals with future topics privately; as a digital native, he passionately follows all technological trends and developments. At Callidus Energie, he is therefore not only responsible for all IT issues, but also plays a decisive role in the development of the company. Nerd score: Five on the open-ended Lichter-scale.
Ron-Arne Sydow is a founder and managing partner of Callidus Energie. With a degree in business administration, he already gained his first entrepreneurial experience in his youth and has been working in personnel consulting for over 15 years. In addition to positions at the top management level, he focuses on mandates in the field of decentralised energy solutions and in energy trading, where he maintains an intensive network. He is particularly interested in aptitude diagnostics. He is a close observer of the change processes in the energy industry and regularly gives lectures on personnel policy topics. His personal passion is for these great technological changes, as well as for playing the piano. He is an enthusiastic snowboarder and is therefore happy, as many others in the energy industry, about cold winter days.
Jasmina Rope is a consultant at Callidus Energie. Early on, during her studies focusing on sociology and law, Ms Rope discovered her passion for working with people. In our team, Ms Rope is a competent contact person for employment law and contractual issues. Outside of her academic career, Ms Rope also focuses on topics related to legal and social phenomena. In her private time, the young consultant is enthusiastic about forensics and knows how to use her investigative spirit for interviews and research. On top of that, Ms Rope enjoys playing football and is passionate about being an exploratory cook.
Florian Heilmann is a consultant at Callidus Energie. As a psychologist (M. Sc.) he supports the team with his aptitude diagnostic expertise. Methodically, Mr Heilmann deals in depth with personality diagnostics in interviews and questionnaires and, as a licensed aptitude diagnostician according to DIN33430, he can combine scientific standards with the practice of personnel selection. Mr Heilmann is responsible for energy trading and thus accompanies important players in the energy industry on their path into a digital age.

Jelena Hubert is a consultant at Callidus Energie. The trained industrial mechanic and dual mechanical engineer noticed already during her professional career as a design engineer and R&D project manager how her heart beats not only for technology but also for the project "human". With her honest but always sincere manner, she refreshes our team with creative ideas in the areas of project management and career coaching. From her point of view, companies that recognize the human success factor, will achieve the greatest success in the future in terms of retaining employees in the long term and at the same time maximizing economic growth.
In her free time, Ms. Hubert loves to travel in her DIY campervan "Kalli", with which she doesn't shy away from driving thousands of kilometer from Malta in southern Europe all the way up to the North Cape.
Miriam Heinzl is a consultant at Callidus Energie. Having discovered her enthusiasm for working with people at an early age, she decided to study psychology. Ms. Heinzl uses her knowledge of quantitative methods and scientific work in our personnel consulting department to support studies on energy industry topics. In addition, she uses her organizational talent to plan the various events that contribute to the good atmosphere in our team.
As a balance to her work, Ms. Heinzl is passionate about sports, plays volleyball in the club and enjoys salsa dancing.
Psychologist (M.Sc.) Sophie Benkert, works as a consultant at Callidus Energie. Through her aptitude diagnostic expertise as well as her evidence-based approach, she identifies the ideal fit between person and position. In doing so, she is particularly characterized by her curiosity and sincere interest in the wide variety of personalities. Helpful for this is her experience as a counselor of young adults in crisis situations. In addition, one of her strengths is to actively listen to others and to point out new perspectives.
Her enthusiasm for always trying new things continues in her free time. Next on her agenda is to learn Italian and to match this on a culinary level, learning to cook her favorite traditional lasagna.
Anna Hellmeister is a consultant at Callidus Energie. During her studies of economics (M. Sc.) she discovered her passion for behavioral economics and psychology. In addition, she is enthusiastic about all engineering topics and therefore supervises the grid area from the technical as well as from the commercial side. Additionally, thanks to her quantitative background, she is responsible for the elaboration of our studies.
In her free time, Mrs. Hellmeister enjoys being creative and is enthusiastic about all forms of art, for web design and especially for cooking.
Through her studies in cultural economics (B.A.), Carina Richter is enthusiastic about multifaceted and interdisciplinary topics. As a consultant at Callidus Energie, she can optimally pursue her interests and takes great pleasure in searching for competent specialists and managers in the field of renewable energies, energy services and shared services. In her free time, she is interested in geography, explores metropolises in South America and is completing her master's degree in economics.
Samantha Link is a consultant at Callidus Energie. During her educational science studies, she developed a profound understanding of human learning, educational and developmental processes in all stages of life. Thereby she also discovered her interest in topics related to professional development and growth. Samantha Link leverages her passion for personnel consulting and the complexity of the energy industry to recruit for roles in energy trading and grid infrastructure.
Furthermore, she enjoys traveling, long nature walks and great coffee.
Fabian Kirchgäßner is a real “homegrown” HR Consultant within the Callidus-family. It was even during his studies in International Business Administration and an internship at the company that he discovered his passion for HR-related topics and Consulting in particular. His academic background combined with his mission to shine a light on true personalities within the energy sector enables him to act in an advisory capacity to individuals and companies engaged in energy trading and grids alike. In addition to internal HR development, he commits himself to resuming his training in hotel management by organizing events and trips.
When not at work he puts great emphasis on sports activities above and below sea-level, spends time with friends und travels the world with the goal in mind to explore some fascinating dive sites.
Ralf Sundermeier is a partner at Callidus Energie and is responsible for the development and application of suitability diagnostic selection procedures. A qualified psychologist and state-certified business economist, he has gained over 10 years of management experience, including as HR manager of a large German banking institution. Due to his many years of experience as a consultant and coach, he has extensive expertise in personnel selection, the support of transformation processes and the development of high-performance teams.
Miriam Elbs is responsible for internal HR at Callidus Energie. As early as during her studies in business education, Ms Elbs discovered her interest in foreign countries and cultures. She is a curious globetrotter who has already visited many countries. This openness and curiosity also characterise her work at Callidus. She is the first point of contact for our internal applications and often brings a completely different and new perspective to our recruitment procedures for our own team.
