Channel Partner Manager (m/f)

Our client is an international energy supplier with business operations in the U.S, Europe and Asia. With only limited market presence in Germany now, the goal is massively scale up customer growth and revenues within the next few years. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and drive the strategy for all sales channels (online, portals, agents etc.)
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and control the success of different channels
  • Understand the strategy for various products and identify opportunities for new alliances
  • Develop and drive the business with strategic partners including defined go-to-market, business-plan, and commercial agreements.
  • Provide regular reviews of the plan and status, with milestones and progress tracking
  • Create an eco-system of alliances and partnerships and manage the entire life cycle of the cooperation
  • Ensure the company has an effective framework for creating and maintaining business relationships, including bonus-schemes and the controlling/steering of external partners

Ihr Profil

  • At least 3 years of experience in channel management, sales or business development in the energy industry
  • Experience building a channel management from scratch in a new start up environment would be beneficial
  • Be comfortable developing executive-level sponsors within partnerships
  • University degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Strong Project and Program Management skills including design and execution on global business plans
  • Should be an innate relationship-builder with excellent networking skills
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Fluent in English and German
